My in-person Reiki Healing attunements include a full Reiki Healing session, training and discussion on the manual. They usually last about 1 hour-5 hours, depending on the branch of Reiki and level of attunement.

If you are looking for the most common Reiki offered today, click on the Usui Shiko Reiki Ryoho link! You will need to be attuned to Master/Teacher level in this style before moving on to another style.

Distant attunements will last for about 30 minutes. You will receive a manual and certificate by email. A printed colour certficate sent by post is available at an extra cost of £7.50.
