Metabolic Typing Test
It is my firm belief that we are all different and we therefore require a different balance of nutrients to thrive. To ascertain your correct balance of nutrients I offer Metabolic Typing through an extensive quiz that is the result of over 100 years research completed by William L. Wolcott. The research included studies in specific nutrition required based upon blood type, metabolism, oxidizing rate and individual reactions to foods. The questionnaire is available online which you can complete using the following link. It is a series of 65 multi-choice questions, which is much more thorough that other free tests I have come across. Once completed your results will be automatically emailed to me and I will assess them and email your nutritional profile to you.
DONATION: There will be an option for donation to support my work and time in offering this service once the programme is updated, however if you wish to donate in the meantime you may use the Donations page at the top right of the screen. It is not required as I will offer the basic service for free, however please consider donating if you can to support my work! Please allow up to 5 days for results to be assessed and sent to you.
Please note your email address will be added to my mailing list, never sold or given to anyone else, and I only send emails very occasionally (less than once a month) to inform of new information, news and events.
The purpose of the quiz is to ascertain how you feel after eating all the types of foods to determine whether you are eating what your body needs regardless of your own opinion of what is good and what is bad for you and regardless of your preferred food choices (ie vegetarianism etc) unless a question specifically asks this. It is important you are truthful or the exercise is completely pointless!

VEGETARIANS PLEASE NOTE: The best thing you can do is think of the meat proteins as being the heavier veggie proteins and fats, or try to think back to when you ate meat. A good indication as to whether being veggie is suiting you (and, like me, could even be the cause of any health problems) is this: O type blood are descended from carnivores and require animal proteins in their diet. A & B type bloods are more suited to being vegetarian however in many cases some lighter animal proteins are required.
If this applies to you, you may not like to hear this (as I took a long time to accept this) but you cannot change who you are and what you are and what you need for optimum wellbeing. Yes there are good quality proteins found in vegetarian foods but if you need animal proteins, the high purine proteins that your body requires are ONLY found in animal proteins.
Please read my article “The Veggie Debate” for my personal experiences and advice from respected Buddhist monks on the eating of meat with compassion and wisdom.
